Qualifications

SBH Heath System seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to work in the IT Department. TThe Systems Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, testing, implementing, and supporting complex interfaces across SBH Health System using a combination of technical and business skills for healthcare information systems. The Systems Integration Analyst is knowledgeable and can support various modes of data exchange (interface engine, point to point interfaces, scripting, FTP, HIE, etc.). This position works with various vendors, hospital staff, and other technical and professional resources to successfully develop processes to consistently share information across SBH Health System and beyond. The analyst will need familiarity with networks, operating systems, and programming languages and with systems integration tools and concepts is essential. This position will work with the IT team supporting systems integration and optimization of existing systems. This position will utilize interface software, tools and system applications to support system integration. The analyst will require familiarity with interface engine technology. Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as Interfaces subject matter expert: Clover Leaf, ISS, Elink

  • Participates in routine System software migration and upgrade processes

  • Develops familiarity with data dictionary/field definitions for appropriate applications

  • Develops the ability to generate moderately complex SQL queries as requested by user departments

  • Analyzes needs for data integration and participates in the definition and design of complex interfaces

  • between disparate computer applications assuring integration and integrity of clinical and financial information throughout the organization

  • Serve as liaison with user departments in resolving system/application issues

  • Assists in the development of testing scenarios to assure the functionality and integrity of system enhancements and upgrades

  • Provides ongoing analysis, maintenance and technical and functional support for information systems throughout the organization.

  • Identify system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions.

  • Independently comes to conclusions and implements corrective action

Candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of two years HL7 experience (preferably in a health care related field). Prior experience with Allscripts Enterprise/ Eclipsys SCM preferred.

There's room to grow in all of it Job Description The Treasury Analytics Group (TAG) is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Cash Management Technology team who over the next 2-3 years will be building the strategic bank wide intraday liquidity platform that will be leveraged by both funding operations and treasury department. The application will provide the capacity to measure expected daily gross liquidity inflows and outflows, anticipate the intraday timing of these flows, forecast the range of potential net funding shortfalls that might arise at different points during the day and have the capacity to monitor intraday liquidity positions against expected activities and available resources (balances, remaining intraday credit capacity, available collateral). The ideal candidate would have strong functional experience in Liquidity, Cash Management and Payment processing and be qualified to be able to drive direction, plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and functional specifications. They will work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to help plan, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications. Sitting in this position will help expand your knowledge, strengthen your expertise and introduce you to the inner workings of Cash Management alongside a team of seasoned, diversely-skilled technology and finance professionals. Our team is made up of dynamic and strong technical leads, developers, QA's, and BSA's who build and maintain critical technology platforms in an Agile/Waterfall environment. Requirements * 10 or more years more years of BSA experience in intraday liquidity and payments processing with a solid understanding with large-value payments systems and payments market infrastructure including Fedwire Funds, CHIPS and SWIFT. * Ability to document business requirements to ensure applicability to business areas , ensuring that requirements/user stories are in a consumable state * Experience with leading Agile development projects, with experience being active participant through all phases in an Agile development environment * Formulate, define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business, systems and industry requirements. * Support the team during sprinting and estimation, running down any questions that are uncovered. * Consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. * Accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how easily these designs can be implemented. * Partner with product owners and development teams to understand solution design, related deliverables and definition of "done". * Provide linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations and technical support groups in the testing and implementation of recommendations.
