Position Title: Systems Engineering Requirements/DOORS Administrator

Position Summary:

Leonardo DRS is seeking an exceptionally qualified Systems Engineering Requirements/DOORS Administrator to join our recognized team of experts to provide a solution for the U.S. Air Force's T-X program. Leonardo DRS ties together an exceptional T-100 Team comprised of Leonardo Aircraft's world-class aircraft powered by Honeywell engines integrated with state-of the-art ground-based training from CAE USA. The T-100 is purpose-built for a wide range of training capabilities, long-term reliability, and cost effective operations. These characteristics along with its proven integrated training system comprised of Simulators and Ground Based Training devices make the T-100 the best solution to train today's next generation of fighter pilots. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Database Administrator duties for the DRS T-100 DOORS database

  • Ensure projects adhere to DRS Requirements Development & Management processes and develop and maintain these processes

  • Develop training materials and provide training for users

  • Manage user database/accounts and project folder access rights

  • Assist projects with:

  • setting up folders, modules, and structure in DOORS

  • document import & export to/from DOORS

  • generating Systems Engineering artifacts

  • developing requirements and authoring requirements specifications

  • Develops T-100 program requirements database

  • Import the requirements, data item instructions, specifications and controlled unclassified documentation of the T-100 ITS program contract statement of work

  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Systems Engineering/Aerospace Industry

  • Experience managing and developing requirements using DOORS.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to influence collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership as part of an international team.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must possess or be able to acquire a Secret Clearance or above.
