15+ years of experience with delivering high quality solutions in a short timeline to large-scale NASA programs
Experience with early life cycle program formulation and maturation through the NASA program life cycle and in risk and issue identification and mitigation and modelling concepts and SE&I tools, including MagicDraw, Cradle, or DOORs
Experience with executing and leading teams of systems engineers executing SE&I processes, including requirements management for L2/L3, interface, standards, and specifications
Experience with functional analysis and decomposition and product breakdown structure definition
Experience with document and briefing development for technical assessment, CM processes, communication, and presentation to internal and external stakeholders at management and technical levels
Experience with integration across multi-stakeholder environments in government, commercial, and international participants at all organizational levels
Experience in leading and working with remote and geographically dispersed teams and defining and managing project scope
Experience with setting and managing client expectations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree required
Nice If You Have:
Experience with defining statements of work, project estimation, and building staffing plans
Experience with developing RFP responses
Experience with career management and personnel development
Experience with setting business goals and leading initiatives and teams to achieve them
