RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive across multiple tenants.

  • Assist Integrations team with migrating acquired firms email and collaboration platforms to central tenant.

  • Administer and support Zoom phone and conferencing services, including Zoom Rooms.

  • Work with Security team to administer Mimecast spam filtering.

  • Configure email archiving to third party systems like Smarsh and Global Relay.

  • Automate day-to-day and migration tasks with PowerShell and/or other scripting tools.

  • Provide Tier 3 support to Service Desk for mail flow, delivery, and other email issues.

  • Interface with vendors and partners to evaluate and implement messaging and collaboration solutions.

  • Other duties as required to support Alera Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting an enterprise Office 365 environment for more than 4000 employees.

  • Strong understanding of networking, email, security tools, and hybrid Microsoft environments.

  • Extensive experience with DNS as it relates to email (DKIM, DMARC, MX records).

  • Understanding of ITIL concepts, especially around Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated experience completing multiple Office 365 migration projects on-time with minimal error.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Experience with multiple phone systems and migration of phone systems to Zoom and/or Teams Phone.

  • Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, and MFA (including Duo MFA).
