Shall have three (3) years of direct experience with and intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.Shall have three (3) years experience in a technical leadership role, leading projects and programs for Government or Industry customers.Shall have twelve (12) years in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers.During those twelve (12) years, shall have significant demonstrated experience in the following: Designing complex collection systems; integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, and Windows 2000); performing tradeoff studies; System performance analysis.Shall have five (5) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.Shall have five (5) years experience in the following: Solaris, Linux, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks.Shall have seven (7) years experience developing, delivering, testing and supporting integrated hardware and software systems using recognized industry recognized process management.Shall have three (3) years direct experience with intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.Shall have a Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g. Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Program Management etc), or two (2) years of additional relevant experience above all experience requirements listed, in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

They will assist with integrating and converting pipeline jobs from Freestyle to Jenkinsfile. This person should be able to code in Groovy and/or Java. They also should be familiar with the following tools as they are used to support the Jenkins pipelines: * Artifactory * BitBucket * Clear Case * Amazon Web Services * VMWare Knowledge of any of the following items is a plus: Integrating scripts and Chef Recipes to automate Systems configurations and COTS configurations in complex server environments. JCasC, Python, Perl, PowerShell, BASH shell scripting, monitoring tools such as Splunk, Fortify and SolarWinds These environments, a heterogeneous mix of servers, workstations, and custom hardware, provide the backbone for the operational system of a critical, strategic national asset. The environments also support product development, testing, and maintenance. The candidate would be responsible for implementation of automation recipes (CHEF) and scripts (Ruby, PowerShell, Python and others) as part of an automated installation process. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have an engineering background and mindset, and be able to troubleshoot complex problems. This position may require some on call support and overtime as well as limited (<20%) travel for installation and troubleshooting support. US citizenship is required due to the candidate being able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Required Skills: * Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a US DoD Secret or higher clearance * Six (6)+ years of relevant Infrastructure experience related to system installation and configuration * Background in Systems Operations environment supporting complex environment deployment and management activities * Experience with automation tools such as CHEF (preferred), Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Fabric or similar products for O/S builds, software installation and configuration management * Hands-on experience with virtualization tools and cloud computing, either private (VMware, OpenStack) or public (AWS) Systems integration experience * Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration problems or system issues * Experience with Windows or Linux System Administration * Strong scripting skills (i.e. PowerShell, Python, Ruby, bash, etc.) * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and oral Desired Skills: * Experience with orchestration tools - Rundeck, VMware Orchestrator * Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and demonstrated implementation * Understanding of DevOps concepts * Experience with VMware- vCenter, ESXi, vSphere * Understanding of Change Management processes - Version Control of software and code - GIT, CVS * The ability to effectively plan their own work up and the work of others on the team Required Education: A degree in Science, Technology Engineering or Math (STEM), or related STEM degree program from an Accredited University/School/College with emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology and 6 years of relatable experience.
