We're currently expanding our Service Operations department and have an opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. One who thrives in a process driven, highly supportive, and collaborative environment.

Day-to-day, our Systems Engineers support the technical infrastructure for our clients. They maintain high availability and performance to ensure they do not experience disruption to their daily business operations.

You will be successful in this role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualities:

2 - 5 years' experience in a similar Systems Engineer role

Advanced Systems Administration: Windows, Hyper-V/VMware, Active Directory

Advanced Networking: vLANs, VPNs, controller-based wireless networks, QoS optimization and network security

Advanced Storage Solutions: Setup and configuration of SAN clusters, LUN management and storage network configuration

Experience with IT security and best practices in modern Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V and firewall configurations.

Experience implementing core infrastructure installations and configurations: Physical and virtual servers, SANs and related networking components

Experience creating detailed network documentation

Ability to empathize with customers and willingness to go the extra mile for the team

Ideal candidates hold current industry certifications applicable to this role

This is a full-time position (Base salary and Overtime earnings). Salary is based on your experience, technical aptitude (which we will test in our recruiting process), industry certifications you currently hold, and overall alignment to the needs of our team. The IS Systems and Access Management Analyst II (SAM) is responsible for account provisioning, role provisioning, and role management. The role focuses on the completion of approved access request tickets, incident tickets, and work flow creation within Remedy. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities * Participates in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Systems Access Management (SAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and roles based access control (RBAC) strategies * Collaborates in the design and implementation of the IAM technologies best practices on identity management, and authentication mechanisms * Creates and designs technical requirements such as gap analysis, infrastructure, interfaces, reports, enhancements, automation and/or conversions * Identify and communicate high-level gaps and issues in primary functional area * Participate in projects to ensure standard processes and procedures are implemented when rolling out new provisioning and role management points * Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management * Actively participates in and implements change control process * Proactively identifies risks and issues and develops recommendations to address – takes action to address significant risks and issues.
