Systems Engineer - Rotational Development Program - PS

Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Power Solution System Engineering Team. The Rotational Development Program consists of four rotations that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (Must Haves):

• Bachelor's degree Electric/Electronic

• Sound engineering understanding in multiple disciplines

• Experience with testing of E/E and Mechatronic systems

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

• Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S

• Must be authorized to work in the United States - Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable under this program.

Highly Preferred Technical Skills:

• Software/Programming experience (C++, Python)
• Basic electronic Hardware knowledge
