What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Systems Architect to support large team of Software/System Engineers and a few other Systems Architects to support and enhance a multi-fabric environment. This is particularly in relation to supporting the Sponsor's Open Source Data Layer Services and Internet Network.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into use case definitions. You will conduct gap analysis assess technology features. You will generate capability roadmaps and schedules to address service adoption guidance.

You will represent the Sponsor in technical meetings and ensure that management is kept well informed to support technical decisions. You will support Sponsors technical initiatives and support the evolution of target environments.

More About the Role:

This work will require you to attend OpenShift containerization training, if you do not have prior experience with OpenShift.

Additionally, an aspect of the available projects is focused on developing quantitative analytic products for decision makers. Products are generally web-based visualizations that are easy to interpret and use in business operations.

Your team's decisions will be guided by and informed by the high side choices and will be compliant with the Sponsor's Architecture.

Summary of your role includes:

  • Develops system architecture.

  • Assesses system requirements and specifications and translates them into functional architecture.

  • Identifies potential problem areas that could degrade system performance

  • Recommends workable, practical solutions in a calculated manner to minimize program impact.

  • Adjusts the architecture as necessary to meet changing program needs.

At the Application level, architecture support is required for services in the Sponsor's Authentication, Attribute, and Common Services workspace. This includes the federated systems of Secure Token System (STS) and the C2S Access Portal (CAP) under Authentication; Enterprise Virtual Directory Engine (VDE) and the LDAP directory that supports the Open Source Environment for Attributes; and the Common Services such as the API Gateway system, a registration service, and the data dictionary effort. Applications architecture is closely coordinated with contractor development teams in order to improve the services and adhere to ICAM goals and standards.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Senior level experience in government or industry in relevant work including: enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems architecture (10+ years of experience)

  • Must be able to work well in an environment facilitating a large group of government and other contractor personnel to achieve a common goal.

  • Flexible

  • The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience working with DevOPS.

  • Demonstrated experience working with AWS, including S3, EMR, SQS, and SNS, to design, develop, maintain, and monitor web applications within AWS infrastructures.

  • Demonstrated experience working with RDS databases, i.e. PostgreSQL.

  • Demonstrated experience providing technical direction to project teams of developers and data scientists who build web-based dashboards and reports.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated experience with Container Technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

  • Demonstrated experience with OpenShift Technology

  • Demonstrated experience with Ping Federate

  • Demonstrated experience with Ping Directory

  • Demonstrated Experience with SpringBoot Environments

CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect interested in forming and leading a team of Solutions Architects in support of DIA's TALOS mission. TALOS is a DIA initiative to advance the state of the art in Big Data, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics to enhance the DoD's and the IC's information processes and technical architectures. What You'll Get to Do: The Solutions Architect team will serve as the liaisons between TALOS Mission Pillar Stakeholder Communities and the Product Portfolio teams to ensure the mission is integrated into each step of the development process. You'll be able to build and lead this team based on your vision in support of DIA, the IC, and the COCOMs. * Collaborate with developers, operations integrators, users and the customer to understand mission needs, build a responsive vision, identify innovative solutions and define and develop requirements. * Demonstrate existing capabilities and prototypes to potential customers * Support the program's business development needs through white papers, ROMs and proposals that address customer needs. * Engage with product development teams during design, creation, and test phases to ensure that new capabilities satisfy end-user needs. * Identify technical and bureaucratic roadblocks early and eliminate them before encountered by the technical staff. * Monitor and report status on budget, schedule and scope. * Create contract deliverables such as briefings and reports that effectively communicate accomplishments and lessons learned to stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities: * Primary POC to address customer and development questions, concerns, and requirements * Create mission engineering stories for release planning, every 3 months * Prioritize backlog * Monitor development progress through sprint planning, sprint reviews, scrums, and engagement with individual developers * Attend monthly program management reviews to provide project status, discuss issues and demonstrate achievements * Collaborate with others to develop customer requests for white papers, ROMs and proposals * Maintain awareness of IC initiatives to support vision-casting and strengthening of the program's competitive position You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Must have an Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline with: * 10+ years of relevant professional experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Understanding of software and systems engineering principles * Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies * A bias toward action on behalf of user needs * Value for honesty and transparency with team members and customers Nice to Have Qualifications: * Small to medium project management experience * Familiarity with a variety of OSINT and PAI data types, data fusion, and analytic methodologies * Familiarity with REST services, cloud computing (esp.
