Description:The Senior Staff Data Architect position will be responsible for creating and modifying the data architecture of the Aeronautics IT enterprise. Specifically, the data architect will design and implement data design for new systems, data integrations, data warehouses, business intelligence and data analytics. The data architect will participate as a member of project teams and participate in activities related to data design and implementation.

  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Competency in design of transactional data systems, data analytics, data modeling, data mining, business intelligence and database physical schemas.

  • Competency in production and development operations for large transactional systems, web applications, data warehousing and web enabled data applications.

  • Competency in design for relational, graph and NoSQL database technologies.

  • Competency in Entity Relationship Modeling and related data design tools such as ERWin and MySQL Workbench, etc..

  • Competency in architectural frameworks such as SysML, UML, UAF, BPMN, DODAF and others; and tools that support the use of such frameworks such as Cameo / Magic Draw, Rhapsody, and Sparx EA, etc.

  • Competency in programming SQL databases and the SQL language.

  • Competency in data quality and data profiling for transactional, data warehouse and OLAP

applications.

  • STEM Bachelors Degree

  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Competency in database operation and maintenance activities, such as partitioning, index reorganization and query optimization.

  • Competency in software change and update configuration management, and its impact on database management.

  • Competency in creating, updating, maintaining technical documents such as requirement, design and test documents.

  • Competency in data governance topics and related tools.

  • Familiarity with F35 product systems

  • Familiarity with ALIS

VIEW JOBS 1/14/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-13T00:00 Description:Responsible for developing and applying Continuous Monitoring strategies across the F-35 enterprise using interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify system security solutions across CONUS and OCONUS environments. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system security requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compliance and security of all physical, functional and system interfaces. Conduct risk assessments including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and analysis of mitigation mechanisms in the domains of cyber security authorizations. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design. Coordinate with customers, customer representatives, systems architects, and developers to provide oversight in the assessment of fielded solutions. Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and/or software systems and implementation plans to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Employs system security processes, methods, techniques and tools to assure their consistent application. Implements appropriate Ongoing Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers. Candidates must exhibit excellent problem solving skills, be a team player, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be able to adjust work schedule periodically to support program activities. Available to travel approximately 50% of time domestically. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility and travel sites that require special access and a Secret security clearance updated within the last 6 years to be considered. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Technical field, or equivalent experience/combined education. Development, design, or cybersecurity solution experience in supporting/managing/designing/sustaining networks or various OS platforms such as Linux (SLES or RedHat), MS Windows (Desktop or Server), or UNIX (Solaris 9/10). Experienced RMF Practitioner - in governance, design, implementation, or assessment. Desired Skills: Good communication skills preferred, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical, work direction, and collaboration. * Experience working in teams and interfacing with external customers, and experience in team leadership and project management skill sets desired. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with F-35 air systems, ground systems, operations, sustainment or similar platform * Familiarity with US Government standards for Cyber Security * RMF, DoD 8510, NIST SP 800-53 * NIST SP 800-51 * CNSSI 1253, 1254 * ICD 705 Familiarity with cryptographic processing, material handling, design, implmentation, operations, or sustainment DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification e.g. Security + or CISSP Implement, support and troubleshoot Microsoft server based networks * Proficient administering or implementation design of Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Systems Center, WSUS, and other server applications * Configure and troubleshoot TCP-IP architecture, working knowledge of Cisco layer two switching, to include Port Security and VLAN architecture. * Experience with vulnerability management tools Tenable Security Center or Nessus Vulnerability Scanner. * Experience or very familiar with Syslog Server (Splunk or Log Correlation Engine), Operating System Patching and Application Patching, Host Based Security Systems, McAfee Antivirus Enterprise, building Win7/10 STIG compliant workstations, network hardware and software configurations * Available to travel approximately 50% of time * Must be willing to mentor junior-level team members Lockheed Martin Corporation Fort Worth TX
