Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for interacting and consulting with user departments to identify system requirements, develop functional design specifications to meet requirements and solve complex business problems. Analyzes and revises existing system logic. Evaluates and recommends software packages. Assists user departments in developing procedures and trains personnel on use of computer system. Responsible for directing and/or coordinating complex system analysis projects. Provides guidance and training to lower level, less experienced analysts. Thorough knowledge of business functions, capacity and limitations of equipment, operating time and desired results in order to resolve data processing problems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; at least more than one 4th generation computer language, mainframe computer languages and databases. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and at least six years analytical data processing experience. Duties include:

• Resolve and troubleshoot system problems to provide our customers with reliable and accurate up to date information.

• Design and develop new business systems to respond to the company's growing business needs and actively work with functional counterparts to gain a complete understanding of processes.

• Supervises IS personnel assigned to projects.

• Coordinates work efforts between the various departments and team to bring assigned project to its conclusion on time.

• Modifies existing systems and provides system solutions to accommodate new business requirements.

• Provides assistance to various departments to resolve system or business problems.

• Provides status reports to management to communicate the progress of major projects assigned.

• Trains user departments on our business applications.

• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as business and computer science.

• Position requires between 6-8 years of Project programming experience.

• Work is basically non-standardized and widely varied, involving many complex and significant variables. Analytic ability and inductive thinking are required to devise new methods in situations where previously accepted methods have proven inadequate.

• This position requires the ability to design and develop new business applications or enhance current applications to fulfill the company's business requirements.

• Knowledge of Infor technologies such as M3 Cloudsuite, Infor ION, MEC, Workflows, etc.

• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Infor M3 ERP system

• Experience with MS SQL Server scripting and/or SSIS a plus
