Systems Analyst IV 18-049 (Temporary/Part-Time)
As a growing Department of Defense Contractor, AUSGAR Technologies is expanding its workforce and has a NEW OPENING for a temporary/part-time Systems Analyst IV.
The Systems Analyst will provide review and assessment of the ADNS and ANTS program as it relates to C4I support to UCA. The work will be performed by reviewing GFI, reviewing SSC Pacific C4I Support to UCA Project work products including ANTS Requirements Backlog Reviews, and through face-to-face interaction with government and contractor project team members
Provide Airborne Networking Tactical System (ANTS) systems engineering evaluation to C4I Support to UCA Project to include risk analysis.
Provide ADNS Fixed Control Site systems engineering evaluation to C4I Support to UCA Project.
Provide senior project management evaluation to ANTS and ADNS Fixed Control Site teams to include the development of long and short-term budgets, manpower analysis, and organizational structure
Evaluate C4I Support to UCA Integrated Test Plan and IGS implementation.
Total Years of Related Experience for Position: 8-16 years of related technical/engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science related field or equivalent years of experience.
At least 3 years of Assistant Program Manager or higher-level experience on ACAT II or ACAT I networking program.
Demonstrated skill of preparing for and successfully completing at least two formal acquisition milestones for Acquisition Category Level II program or higher.
Demonstrated ability to create hardware or software strategy for major networking acquisition program.
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated ability to manage a network project.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Applicant must be able to work in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Active Secret Clearance required.
An essential qualification for this position is successfully obtaining a Secret security clearance issued by the Federal Government, which may require successful completion of a background check.
