The ERP Common Services Program is responsible for establishing, integrating, and sustaining common engineered infrastructure and services capabilities across the Air Force's ERP applications. ERP Common Services supports the deployment of the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS-ACAT I), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS - ACAT 1) and the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi - BCAT II).
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Apply analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.
Duties will include:
Perform needs analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
Consult with customers to identify and recommend requirements
Recommend overall functional and systems requirement and specifications
Conduct business process re-engineering
Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
Prepare business cases for the application of IT solutions
Recommend systems scope and objectives
Develop cost estimates for new or modified systems
Ensure the integration of all systems components; e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software and hardware
Plan systems implementation and ensure the rigorous application of information security and cybersecurity policies, principles and practices to the systems analysis process
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Active Secret clearance
BS in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems or other related technical discipline
5 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 3 of which must be in the DoD
Familiarity with performance management fundamentals, including the use of system performance metrics, help desk trends, and Applications Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as SolarWinds
Familiarity with incident management, troubleshooting and staff work necessary to take resolution to completion (i.e. identifying potential solutions, coordinating recommendations, pursuing authorization to implement, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking to closure)
Level 2/3 operations Helpdesk/ITIL 4 experience with DoD systems emphasis
Highly proficient with computers and software applications to include MS Office Suite
Expert attention to detail; highly organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CompTIA Security+ Certification is highly desirable
