  • Work within SVB Fraud Solutions IT team that helps ensure our applications and technology are able to deliver the capabilities to support our growing banking operations, as well as support our expansion roadmap.

  • Work closely with cross-functional business, IT and vendor teams to ensure delivery of right-sized solutions to meet current, future and long-term needs in support of our banking product processing and continuing expansion efforts.

  • Perform business systems analysis associated with change requests, projects, assessments and escalated production issues.

  • Responsible for technical assessments, analysis, requirements, configurations, testing and implementation of incremental enhancements/change requests and other minor releases to SVB's FCRM systems, their associated interfaces and business processes and procedures.

  • Serve as a liaison with the business owners to facilitate the elicitation and prioritization of business requirements including but not limited to interface design, user interface specifications and computer systems report design.

  • Act as a senior consultant to the business, striving to meet their business and compliance objectives with innovative, cost effective and efficient solutions, leveraging existing infrastructure and capabilities whenever possible.

  • Serve as the liaison between technology and business end users. Responsible for working with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and produce specifications for any changes to technology applications. Technology and system related analysis using knowledge of current applications, interfaces and data structures to recommend solutions and provide input.

  • Manage and direct remote team members to resolve business critical production incidents successfully. Regularly apply advanced data analysis skills to understand detailed data flows between systems and within systems for their domain. Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design.

  • Perform testing releases prior to installing in production. Convert application designs into data model and data mapping specifications. Manage end-to-end from idea to delivery of enhancements and changes to systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,

  • Computer Science or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.

As part of the Integrated Technology Operations, Voice Management and Support (VMS) team, the Systems Support Analyst 3 (SSA3) primary role will be to triage, support and maintain the corporate telephony infrastructure, to include: multiple high availability Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection clusters, a SONUS-based Session Border Controller (GSX9000 and SBC 52xx) environment, and a large, diverse TDM based system deployment. IP Telephony (IPT) skills are a higher weighted component for this position. Working as part of the VMS team, candidate will assume Tier 2-3 responsibility for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and resolution of issues impacting systems and impaired user functionality. SSA3's will be required to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while coordinating effective, efficient, and timely communication with customers, leadership and management. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of systems support analysis experience Desired Qualifications * 3+ years of Telephony experience * Advanced troubleshooting skills * Experience troubleshooting Layer 2 telephony transports such as ISDN PRI, T1, or DS-3 * Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner * Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP) * Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages * Knowledge and understanding of voice networks design, implementation, support, and management Other Desired Qualifications * Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.x or later, Cisco IOS-based devices as it relate to support of telephony environments, including Cisco Unity Connection experience. * SONUS GSX9000/SBC52xx support experience in a fast paced enterprise production environment, to include Contact/Call Center and associated applications. * 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience * Tier 2-3 troubleshooting skills. * Competency coordinating and driving troubleshooting efforts and conference calls. * Working knowledge of networking protocols/standards and services: TCP/IP, SIP, H323, JTAPI, SCCP, OSI, DNS, DHCP, QoS. etc, as it relates to support of telephony environments. * Solid customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability work prioritize daily task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Desire to continually grow, learn new skills and take on responsibilities. * Ability to appropriately assess and communicate risk.
