Join Conversica as our GTM Systems Analyst, a key player in supporting our tech stack. We are seeking a strong analyst with a unique combination of operational prowess and technical acumen.

In this role, you'll collaborate extensively across the organization, with a specific emphasis on owning and bolstering the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack, primarily Salesforce, to support the revenue teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations and Systems, you will work closely with the Salesforce team helping to turn business requirements into workflows and managing systems. CPQ experience is a must.

Core GTM tech stack: Zoominfo, Salesforce (Unlimited Edition with CPQ and Advanced Approvals), Zendesk, RingLead

Responsibilities

• Help own and maintain our Salesforce tech stack

• Provide front line Salesforce support, including ad-hoc requests and reporting asks

• Intake and triage ad-hoc requests for other GTM tools

• Collaborate closely with enablement team on any new software tools, implementation, and process process changes that impact Core GTM tech stack

• Ensure high level of data integrity and consistency across systems.

• Support CPQ/AA configuration changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration (certifications preferred)

• Prior CPQ experience is a must

• Having worked on a lean team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making

• Extensive project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated experience managing/implementing core GTM tech stack systems and the ability to drive operational excellence

• Supported Deal Desk in the past (preferred)

• Prior experience/knowledge of Apex a plus (preferred)

• App builder experience (desired)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000/year to $100,000/year plus 10% variable bonus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
