Systems Analyst

Concept Plus is seeking a Systems Analyst to support all business analysis, technical writing for requirements analysis and documentation needs of the WSMIS applications implementation and

maintenance across all environments (Dev, test, production) adhering to required standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business system processes, translate client business needs into requirements documentation. Develop systems documentation to include source code, technical documentation including user documentation.

• Utilize Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) to develop user stories, functionality updates, track Change Request (CR) and communicate with Stakeholders and development team.

• Gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements to design, develop, and implement customized technical documents. Partner with and write documentation for internal teams such as developers and programmers. Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and incorporate into the needed design specification.

• Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non- technical audience.

• Incorporate track changes (text and images) into the master design specification document ensuring accuracy, formatting, and correct grammar/punctuation/spelling are maintained.

• Provide Documentation development and management for the WSMIS program to ensure document deliverables meet contractual requirements and are in the customer indicated format.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in/as Systems Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in/as Technical Writer

• 3 + years of experience with software development methodologies and technologies

• 2+ years MS Word, Power point, Excel, MS Project experience

• 2+ years of Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk Support

• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Confluence, Share Point, MS Office

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

• Experience in AGILE Environment

• ATLASSIAN Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
