Job Summary

Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager or Team Lead, the Systems Analyst III effectively performs all accountabilities of the SA I and SA II roles in addition to managing/leading work order efforts. Come join the fun!

  • Application installations and upgrades

  • Write structured SQL queries to facilitate application efficiencies and reporting

  • Estimate project effort based on past projects and past experience

  • Application support and troubleshooting

  • DR exercise, planning and review

  • Create and maintain application system documentation

  • Create technical requirements design documents

  • Write and support Control-m jobs (scheduling tool)

  • Work closely with system engineers to build servers to specifications

  • Create Visio diagrams that explain system processes and data flows

  • Work directly with the business partners to provide technical solutions

  • Partner with the change review process to implement projects

As a Systems Analyst Lead you will collaborate with the Program Management Office and our lines of business to understand their opportunities and challenges. Our Systems Analyst Lead will then perform the functional analysis including the identification of epics, capabilities, and user stories. You will also conduct prototypes, develop functional specifications, data and function map, test cases, and manage projects.
