Working Environment

• Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; AND, One (1) year of information technology experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months experience.

Essential Duties

Oversees the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to meet user needs. Works through Salesforce projects, gathering requirements, discovery, conducts testing, communication with developers and execution of new features and processes. Manages user profiles and permissions to Salesforce and integrated applications, while ensuring system and data security. Identifies causes of problems with Salesforce and/or its integrations and takes appropriate action to troubleshoot. Coordinates with users, leaders, and developers to ensure optimal use and efficiency of Salesforce. Develops and improves user systems procedures, and prepares system and process documentation. Where possible develops and recommends alternative solutions to existing systems and processes. Develops and delivers instructional training on the use of Salesforce and supported technology products and systems to staff and Salesforce users. Clearly communicates all essential Salesforce updates, changes, and issues with stakeholders. Collaborates across the University as the representative of Global Launch's Salesforce instance to partner with ASU and other departments on best practices.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 per year; DOE
