About the Role:
This role is based out of our New York City Headquarters office in Chelsea Piers. In this position, you'll serve as one of the Systems Administrators, supporting senior staff to build and maintain responsive, sustainable, and scalable Security and IT Operations for the business. As Noodle continues to grow, we need an IT professional who has a proven track record of successfully supporting business hardware and software and end-user needs, asset and inventory management, assisting with the timely implementation of those resources and continuously improving performance by refinement and adjustments to the processes.
As a Systems Administrator, you will:
Assist in the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of all IT-managed services and systems for the company, including Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian suite, using ITIL processes and procedures for change, incident, and problem management.
Identify, propose, develop, effectively test, and implement solutions that technically solve for areas of operation that require improvements based on and related to user or system design requirements, while maintaining compliance.
Work with other employee-facing support teams, acting as Tier 2, 3 support, responding to events while maintaining Service Level Agreements.
Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the team related to IT-managed systems and services with support for the downstream support teams, and employees, by effectively communicating updates to procedures and policies using documentation and training.
Assist in asset management for all hardware and software for the company, which includes tracking, acquiring hardware and software to maintain an appropriate inventory for supporting incidents, asset replacement or upgrades, and facilitation of hardware repairs.
Assist with the related onboarding and off-boarding tasks within IT-managed systems and services, Working with HR to provision, retain, and de-provision employee assigned IT assets.
5 years experience working hands-on in IT technical service environments with the use of Service Management. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
3 years experience with asset management processes and solutions.
Concentration on centralized management systems, development, deployment, integration strategies, and related technologies. API utilization and JAMF product experience is a plus.
Ability to create, update, and troubleshoot basic and complex conditional or event-driven scripts supporting automation with basic GUI controls using scripting language such as bash. Additional languages such as Python or PowerShell are a plus.
Understanding of Identity and Access Management and related technologies such as SAML/SSO and SCIM. Okta and Okta Workflows product experience is a plus.
Understand service and resource management, sustainment, and security for hardware and software implementations.
Strong hardware/software implementation, troubleshooting, and support skills for both MAC and PC platforms and the ability to provide guided and/or hands-on support/troubleshooting to end-users. Strong networking experience is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to create, iterate, and host technical employee training opportunities for the organization setting up systems that keep all parties informed, accountable, and clear on expectations.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
