Performs installations and upgrades to software applications and tools in RHEL and Windows environments
Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures
Administers, maintains and supports technology tools including Artifactory, Azure DevOps Server, JIRA, Bamboo, BitBucket, Confluence, Power-BI, and Tableau
Troubleshoots issues with tool configuration, user access, and application errors -- working with software vendors and internal technology teams on resolution
Develops, documents, and promotes standard operating procedures
Conducts routine audits of software applications and tools to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
Automates system availability and performance monitoring and measurement leveraging tools like Splunk to ensure High Availability of the supported platforms
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical training program with three (3) years of experience in Systems Administration
Or, a High School Diploma or GED with seven (7) years of experience
