Systems Administrator - Onsite (Meridian, MD) - 1640Location: Meridian, MD

Salary: $115K - $178K
Visa Candidates: Due to the nature of the client, they are not able to accept any visa candidates at this time.The Systems Administrator (Warehouse/Distribution Management System) manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex/technical operational or production IHT teams. This role is differentiated by the Manager 2 IHT based on business needs of the organization relative to complexity, budget, and number of direct reports and visibility of projects.Leader of the Supply Chain information systems team implementing and managing our Tecsys Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning and Forecasting modules in advance of our Consolidated Service Center (CSC) go live. This person will manage this critical CSC technology application, which sits above and outside of our Infor/Lawson ERP system. Implementation of Tecsys begins in late April in advance of go live in early 2025. Experience with Tecsys or another Warehouse/Distribution Management System is preferred.Leads various cross-functional teams designed to improve workflow within the CSC and other departments throughout the system both in advance of go live to drive improvements to achieve minimum go live operating metric thresholds and to continuously optimize performance after going live.
Coordinates with health system financial leadership with respect to general ledger accruals, order-to-cash customer transactions and procure-to-pay vendor transactions.Experience: 8 years’ relevant experience.

• Management or supervisory experience - someone who can lead but will not be a manager.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning and Forecasting modules in advance of our Consolidated Service Center (CSC) go live.
• Experience with Tecsys or another Warehouse/Distribution Management System is preferred.
• Hands on experience with Infor/Lawson ERP system.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
