GENERAL SUMMARY:


This team member's primary responsibilities will include:

  • Support and triage of service requests, primarily relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
  • Troubleshooting and configuring WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls
  • Utilize remote monitoring and management system alerts/notifications, and respond accordingly via service tickets
  • Support of disaster recovery solutions
  • System documentation, maintenance, and review
  • Communication with customers as required: effectively communicating incident progress, notification of impending changes or agreed outages

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience (MSP preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Microsoft Windows 7/10+ and Server 2012+
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2013+ and Office 365
  • Backup Technologies (Datto, Veeam, StorageCraft)
  • Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Subnetting)
  • Remote access technologies (VPN, Terminal Services, Remote Apps, VDI)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.


Ideally you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior MSP experience
  • Relevant certifications (Network+, MCP, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
  • Ticketing tools/CRMs experience (ConnectWise)
  • RMM/remote management experience (Kaseya)

NVIDIA's Worldwide Field Operations in North America is looking for a Developer Relations - CSP Alliance Manager to lead our partnerships with developers within a large CSP, working with research, applications, and new initiatives. The Developer Relations - CSP Alliance Manager role is for an experienced technical business manager who believes that deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence is a new computing revolution and a new computing model. Development Relations Alliance Managers should be passionate about building and executing partnership strategies to integrate NVIDIA platform solutions throughout the CSP's applications. This position will be a combination of developer advocacy, product management and business development. You and the CSP team are responsible for leading go-to-market activities with a multi-functional team of product, technical marketing, sales and partners. You will work closely with many groups within NVIDIA, including Industry Business Development, Solutions Architects, Software Developers, HW & SW Architecture, and our product and marketing teams. In this role, you can expect high transparency with NVIDIA senior leaders, given the strategic priority for developing computing platform for deep learning and AI. What you'll be doing: * Lead and develop NVIDIA developer and ISV strategy with multi-functional team: Product, Engineering, Applied Research, Marketing, and Sales. * Develop a thorough understanding and prioritization list of Cloud services and applications that could benefit from GPU acceleration. * Lead strategic relationship with key opinion leaders, influential researchers, leading product teams, leading developers focused new initiatives. * Establish strategic relationships with CSP engineering leads & developers, dedicate yourself to making them successful. * Assess potential projects, engage technical SME's and drive project breakthroughs. * Provide feedback of features requests into actionable engineering and product steering. * Understand application workflow and architectural requirements to enable GPU based servers. * Integrate NVIDIA platform solutions into CSP Applications. * Be alert to the competitive landscape and communicate internally * Know the road map and detailed road map briefings of all NVIDIA AI computing platform from data center to edge: Deep Learning SDK, Tesla, Jetson, NGC. * Strategic partnership and community building by attending research conferences and hosting technical meetups * Host CSP developer summits; AI, Deep Learning, HPC, Professional Visualization. * Engage in industry events to speak, collect requirements, establish relationships, showcase NVIDIA Platform Solutions What we need to see: * BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering * 8+ years of relevant experience * Multi year experience with Cloud, Scalable Applications, Data Analytics, IoT, and GPU technology. * Good technical understanding of cloud, high performance computing, database analytics. * Working knowledge of with machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence platforms. * Demonstrated good communication skills (both verbal and written) and evidence of your ability to represent NVIDIA externally. * Excellent social, organizational, planning and prioritization skills. * Comfortably work across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers. * You are a self-starter with mindset for growth and passion for continuous learning.
