Peraton is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to provide data center support utilizing the Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure technologies supporting day to day operational incident, change, and problem management cases.


What you'll do

  • Responsible for day to day customer support of organization's infrastructure cloud services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure technologies, leveraging applied hands on experience in cloud operations.

  • Work closely with the cloud engineering and architecture teams & the broader IT organization supporting day to day operational incident, change, and problem management cases.

  • Provide technical support for infrastructure cloud services (AWS / Azure).

  • Develop documentation for supported infrastructure services and day to day operational support.

  • Create and utilize automation and orchestration to support cloud service environments.

  • Troubleshoot identity management and authentication issues and provide resolution.

  • Work closely with service architects, engineering and infrastructure teams to help improve and influence design strategies.


You'd be a great fit if

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in cloud technologies, including related training or certifications.

  • Experience with large scale redundant infrastructure (compute, storage & network) architectures and infrastructure cloud services (Amazon / Azure) technologies

  • Experience with Dev/Ops implementation and automation

  • Experience working in multiple operating system environments, including Linux and Windows.

  • Requires current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph within 5 years

It'd be even better if you

  • Have experience working in AWS Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) technologies.

  • Have experience in Platform-as-a-Service environments.

VIEW JOBS 10/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-18T00:00 .<br /> Twinn is looking for a Windows Systems Engineer/Administrator who is willing to lead, learn, collaborate and grow.  This opportunity places you on a dynamic Windows engineering and O&M team that is implementing and utilizing CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, automation tools, and Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.<br /> <br /> As the Windows Systems Engineer/Administrator, you will be responsible for leading Windows architecture, engineering and deployment activities, to include; engineering, configuring and deploying AD Forests and Domains in a multi-level cross-domain security environment, WSUS/SCCM services, and supporting a heterogeneous mixed Windows/Linux environment with AD authentication.  O&M responsibilities will also include maintaining up to date patching of all the office's Windows servers and workstations; interfacing with end users to administer accounts (new set ups and trouble shoot existing); working with other members of the infrastructure team to ensure minimized down time; implementing baseline changes and responding to change requests; performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers; building servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects; and operating and maintaining servers.<br /> <br /> <strong>Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities include:</strong><br /> <br /> Engineering, configuring and deploying Windows AD Forests and/or Domains in a multi-level cross-domain security environment<br /> Engineering, deploying, and maintaining WSUS/SCCM services<br /> Supporting a heterogeneous Windows/Linux AD environment<br /> Keeping server and workstation patches up to date<br /> Responding to requests that are submitted by internal and external customers<br /> Attending TEMs to discuss and agree upon MOAs; ensure MOA is within scope of server team's work<br /> Supporting customer in the development of a dedicated server build report as well as an internal build report<br /> Ensuring integrity of asset management records<br /> Performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers in response to support requests<br /> Coordinating server installation<br /> Planning and recommending hardware replacements as needed<br /> Building servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination<br /> Assisting with establishing and maintaining appropriate server baseline<br /> Coordinating planned server outages with management and user population<br /> Automating deployment and administration tasks<br /> Troubleshooting, resolving and reporting on all unplanned server outages<br /> Typical Education and Experience :<br /> Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>*Required Skills :<br /> (Active TS/SCI w Poly)  <em>The candidate must have an Active Intel Security clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
