This position requires being able to support our day to day operations, projects, and tasks. This would include support tickets, scripting, topology installation/recommendations, backups, and monitoring. This position will require supervision from all levels of Windows Administration.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
a.Provide Microsoft Windows OS Support (2008, 2012, 2016, Windows 7, Windows 10)
b. Contribute to current standards and provide improvements when necessary.
c.Can direct and provide Tier III support for our Technical Support and ISC staff. This requires knowledge of Desktop Hardware and Operating Systems.
d. Can troubleshoot complex problems and issues independently to successful resolution.
e. Manage incidents using our issue tracking systems
f. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams.
g. Ability to write detailed procedures, have time management, and prioritize tasks.
h. Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (ADUC, Sites and Services, etc.)
i. Understand and have working knowledge of scripting such as command line scripting and PowerShell.
j. Ability to perform VMware administration (VCenter and ESXi. Other VMware products is a plus)
k. Administer accounts and topology in Exchange 2010
l. Able to administer complex site(s) independently via an on call rotation.
m. Perform all other duties as define by Burlington Stores Manager.
a. Monitoring backups and troubleshoot backup related issues
b. Deploy patches using patch management tools to desktops and servers

Skills and Abilities:
Server side troubleshooting of operating systems and applications
Strong communication between all groups including management, peers and "end users"
Documentation of processes and procedures required for consumption by all groups/levels
