Job Description:

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity to join CACI's Corporate Information Systems team, build on your existing technical skills and experience professional growth.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • You will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity.

  • Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain security as it relates to users.

  • Apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.

  • Support new infrastructure projects and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

  • 5+ years of related work experience

  • Ability to obtain an SCI clearance

  • Advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. We expect you excel at the following: Essential Job Functions: * This position is responsible for managing, administering and governing the company's systems assets, including: * Office 365 tenants: * exchange online (hybrid environment) * SharePoint online * OneDrive for business * On Premise Systems * Virtual environment * Systems backups * Patching Responsibilities: * Office 365 * Maintain and manage the health of the tenant. * Manage the license and subscription in the tenant. * Work as a team to resolve analytics and error reports from Microsoft. * Liaison between Microsoft and different application owners for support and patches/upgrades. * Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Exchange application's environment, which comprises Exchange on-prem and O365 services. * General system administration * Resolve complex routing problems. * Troubleshoot and configure network firewalls and switches. * Develop custom PowerShell scripts for automation, redundant task, reporting, monitoring etc. * Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational checklists and operational reports. Education and Experience: * 2+ years working in an O365 environment, preferably with experience in migrations from on-prem to the Microsoft Cloud. * 5+ years' progressive experience in messaging (Exchange Online) /SharePoint Online, One Drive for business environments. * 3+ years working in and/or managing VM environments which include SAN storage networks. * 3+ years performing any desktop support role * Knowledge of Azure environment * experience monitoring and troubleshooting issues with backup systems. * PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution. * Experience of Active Directory & GPOs Our company does not discriminate against its associates or applicants because of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, physical or mental disability or medical condition.
