As a System Administrator, you will directly interact with other system/application administrators and other groups within the organization to troubleshoot, identify and resolve product, configuration or related issues. Delivering excellent customer service is a high priority in this role.
System administrator for the IDOL search engine, and other enterprise applications.
Technical support for internal customer issues via phone calls, email, or ticketing system.
Analyze issues, execute a course of action plan, test the issue in stage then push to production systems.
Communication internally with developers.
Respond to internal customers in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Understanding of software installation and configuration on Windows and Linux.
Strong application/system problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
3+ years of experience working in a Systems Administration or Technical Support role.
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science.
Experience with IDOL (Autonomy).
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with Linux environment.
