• This role requires an onsite workmode working from our Spencer, IN office.

About the role:

As a member of the Operations Technology team for the manufacturing plant in Spencer, Indiana, you will develop, implement, and support operations technology used to run the plant floor. This role will engage with both the Spencer digital factory team and the corporate OT team to develop best-in-class plant floor technology and align on best practice for implementation and support of that technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plans, tests and partners in the roll-out of new applications, hardware, Operating Systems and infrastructure equipment.

• Performs hardware and software compatibility tests for monthly/quarterly security patching, application and Operating System updates.

• Maintains, develops and installs network infrastructure equipment and implements necessary changes.

• Provides guidance and technical expertise for users related to system or software related purchases and provides ad-hoc user training and instruction on computer hardware and applications.

• Manage break/fix and downtime issues related to operations technology.

• May be responsible for server administration, storage back-up and other data center activities as needed.

• Collaborates with the Digital Factory team and corporate OT team to define long-term plant-wide strategy for enabling best-in-class plant floor technology.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience with network administration (or equivalent)

• Minimum one year experience with server administration (or equivalent)

• Experience with remote access tools (e.g. Dameware)

• Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. Acronis)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Understanding of IT service management processes and tools

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications relevant to networking, server administration, cybersecurity, IoT, or operations technology

• Relevant associate or bachelor degree

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux scripting (PowerShell, command prompt, bash, etc)

• Experience with ITMS Endpoint Manager

• Experience with Dameware

• Experience with Acronis

• Experience with Microsoft LTSC

• Experience with process mapping and project management

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
