System Validation Manager
The ability to effectively validate our current and future products is vital to Cornelis Networks' ability to deliver innovative purpose-built interconnect solutions that enable our customers to optimally apply vast computational resources to solve the world's toughest problems. To build this key capability, we are seeking a talented System Validation Manager with a strong technical background, a proven track record of building and leading teams to qualify and deliver complex products, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
As a System Validation Manager at Cornelis Networks, you will coordinate building of our system test team and collaborate with experts from across our organization to define all aspects of our test plan development and qualification of our current and future products. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively balance coordination of internal resources and deliveries with customer expectations to ensure Cornelis' product delivery and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 6+ years of work experience, a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 4+ years of work experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 2+ years of work experience.
Prior experience directing technical teams to coordinate all aspects test plan development and qualification of complex networking or similar hardware and software products.
Ability to build a world-class system validation organization and to establish processes, tooling, and progress reporting metrics to effectively lead system validation efforts.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to coordinate across teams and regularly status executive management, as well as strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior networking experience (e.g., Omni-Path, InfiniBand, Ethernet).
Prior Linux system administration experience.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
