JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with team to troubleshoot tablet, phone and computer issues for national field team via email, chat systems and telephone. Responsibilities include basic/complex tech support for field teams and office, tablets, laptops, cellular system management, MDM software, managing hardware shipments to field teams, and basic network knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficiency in and provide support in the following:
Microsoft Office 365
Administrate Microsoft Office 365 Accounts
Rackspace Email Management
Email Setup
Large Scale MDM Software experience
Verizon Wireless Account Management
iOS & Android
MDM Software - Meraki experience
Ability to learn new cloud software systems
MS Outlook
Basic Networking
iPad/Tablet/PC/Laptop troubleshooting in office and via telephone.
Perform remote control software applications such as MS Teams and Logmein to support field teams
Perform hardware and software product testing.
Create/maintain hardware asset documentation. Audit asset tracking once every four weeks for accuracy.
Website development.
Performs routine and prescribed duties as assigned by Vice President of Client Services and IT Manager to operate computer equipment.
Exhibit a positive team attitude with the ability to get along well with other staff members.
Communicate potential virus threats
Develop new and faster processes to improve AMS IT efficiency
Frequently use oral, written and technical communication skills in order to support a high call volume.
Support operation office employees when computer problems occur.
Server and workstation software maintenance. This includes virus and information backup threats.
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 2 years work experience in tech field required, with help desk experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required
High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Work independently, manage time, multi-task and problem solve required
Must be able to sit for long periods of time required
Ability to meet and/or exceed deadlines required
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
