Primary Role

Responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative activities and support involving the operations of water treatment and distribution systems, field operations and/or regulatory compliance.

Key Accountabilities

Processes and maintains a variety of complex accounting information including, but not limited to, payroll, accounts payable, invoices, and contractor payments. inventory issues/receipts, purchase orders, customer payments, and bank

Researches, compiles and updates information in various systems, including database, spreadsheet and word processing programs.

Maintains business records

Interacts with internal/external customers regarding various issues and provides any additional assistance. Researches and resolves critical customer questions, concerns, difficulties, inquiries and/or problems.

Prepares and responds to data requests and executes work orders, service orders, error reports, set-ups, etc. in various configurations such as Powerplant, Orcom and SAP. Compiles and reviews numerous multifaceted reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills

Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of office procedures

Excellent math knowledge

Excellent knowledge of water distribution systems and water and wastewater field operations

Excellent working knowledge of computer programs

Excellent knowledge of network.

Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Excellent analytical skills and innovative problem solving techniques with the ability to pursue timely and practical solutions.

Must be detail oriented and capable of accurately computing and recording numbers as well as operating a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy.

Ability to work with vairous members of the public including authorities, a diverse customer base, contractors, developers, as well as employees of various levels of the organizational structure within the company.

Excellent computer skills, including experience with the use of major word and excel programs, databases, graphics and/or GIS. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Experience/Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Some college courses preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years related clerical experience required.

Work Environment

General office environment.

In some instances must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. maximum and

occasionally lift various items.

The Position: The Ocular Records Reviewer plays a vital role in the Mid-America Transplant Eye Bank and organization ensuring successful ocular transplants. Duties Include: * Reviewing hospital and PCP records * Navigates and documents essential information into Mid-America's EMR. * Maintains positive surgeon relationships to ensure all requests are meet. Education and Experience * High School diploma * 2+ years' experience in eye banking strongly preferred * Current or renewable Certified Eye Bank Technician certification strongly preferred * Experience and/or training in a healthcare setting a plus The Location: Our service area includes 4.7 million people in 84 counties in Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas. This position will work solely from St. Louis Missouri.
