Job Specifications
Develop, maintain, and coordinate effective and thorough compliance and training material, processes, and departmental procedures to ensure new and existing Reliability Center operations and support staff are trained with the base knowledge to perform their jobs safely, reliably, and efficiently along with having the compliance processes and knowledge to perform compliance tasks with all Black Hills Energy (BHE), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) standards.
Pay Range: $92,500 - $152,450 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)
