Job Description Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
The System Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of occupational health and preventative services and programs provided for Health Partners, JV, to support Honda occupation health programs. This position will support clinical oversight for all onsite Honda occupational health clinics within central Ohio.
Including; Marysville, East Liberty, Russell's Point and Anna. Must be willing to travel to all clinics. The System Manager works collaboratively with system-wide and campus-specific departments related to Honda.
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establishes a culture of health, safety, and wellness of workers and disease prevention in workers and patients. This position develops and maintains system policies and participates in fiscal management and forecasting, and conducts data analysis for performance measures. The System Manager participates in strategizing for regional integration and system growth with respect to the provision of health services for associates and employer clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School or GED RN - Registered Nurse

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Bachelors of Science in Nursing and active RN license Working with regulatory requirements and best practices, leading others; use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 5 years prior nursing Experience in public health, occupational health emergency, orthopedics and 2 years prior supervisory Experience .
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Masters of Science in Nursing or Masters in Health Administration, Certification in Occupational Health Nursing Public health, population health management, disability case management, program management using lean techniques; knowledge of Microsoft Access, PeopleSoft, Adobe Professional, Systoc, and eSource site maintenance 5 years occupational health nursing with experience with programs in compliance with BWC, self-insured employers, state health regulations, OSHA, DOT, TJC and other regulatory agencies, previous program management experience

Clinical Oversight for Clinical Staff Ensures adequate staffing needs to provide clinical services Orients, trains, and develops staff Performs annual evaluations and implements disciplinary action as needed Implements system strategies to improve or maintain culture and engagement Supports regional staff at sites not fully integrated into the system Ensures policy adherence for JCAHO, ODH, and OSHA compliance Ensures appropriate documentation and follow-up for associate compliance with ODH and OSHA mandated programs. Facilitates clinical development and competencies for associates

Clinic Operations Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director, the Director o, and key stakeholders Responsible for maintaining the budget and justifying gaps for clinical operations Ensures regulatory compliance, quality management, and implements quality improvement programs to ensure compliance with ODH, OSHA and JCAHO Analyzes performance data and reports information to stakeholders Participates in strategy for regional integration of occupational health and preventative services Support the Electronic Medical Record as an administrative user, educating staff on use, creating and repairing electronic forms, troubleshooting, and running reports Leads process excellence and improvement initiatives
