The Manager, EEH Cancer Center Research is responsible for the daily functions and operations of the EEH Cancer Center Research Program at all sites. These include Edward Cancer Center in Naperville, Edward Cancer Center in Plainfield and Nancy Knowles Cancer Center in Elmhurst. Directing all research activities and ensuring the progam runs efficiently at each site in accordance with all applicable rules, guidelines, and best practices. Also determining work priorities, assigning duties, approving overtime, and providing overall supervision of the Cancer Centers# research staff. Coordinating the efficient opening of trials at each site, which includes interfacing with IRBs, sponsors, physicians and non-research staff, and other EEH departments as needed. Serving as the primary link between the Cancer Centers# research staff. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REOUIRED: Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing A minimum of five years of experience in a research leadership role, preferably oncology Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and customer service skills Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience: Master#s Degree in Health Services Research and Administration Required License/Certification Required: Certification by the Association for Clinical Research Professional or Society of Clinical Research Associates

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REOUIRED:
Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:
Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing
