Description:This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position is for a System Integration Analyst supporting the Orlando Global Vision Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando, Florida. The position requires a current DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

This EBS position will support the Global Vision Network. Global Vision is the Lockheed Martin corporate-wide network that enables real-time development and demonstration of advanced, integrated technology concepts and solutions, both classified and unclassified. This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin networks and IT systems are managed, controlled, and updated in a manner consistent with both Lockheed Martin and DoD policies and procedures. This includes routine updates, major upgrades, and on-going maintenance and support of the network switches, routers, encryptors, firewalls, etc.

All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel. The position also supports a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule

The position requires a current DoD issued Secret security clearance with investigations within the 5 years.

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sustainment of the Global Vision network (GV-NET)

Serving as a Network Administrator on the GV-NET Service Delivery team.

Coordinating network equipment and cable infrastructure installations.

Generating system documentation including: Diagrams, Rack Elevations, Plate/Panel Details, Electrical load specification.

Troubleshooting both LM and industry partner designated program equipment and supporting network equipment.

Working with customers and internal personnel to manage related IT projects and provide customer service and technical support.

Providing tiered troubleshooting within the scope of a Problem Management and Network Management System.

Assisting with maintaining GV-NET and 3rd party Network Equipment Configurations and Infrastructure Topology.

Updating Maintenance procedures for GV-NET.

Performing Adds, moves, and changes on the GV-NET network environment.

Updating SOIs for GV-NET environment.

Configuring and maintaining Routers and Switches.

Configuring and Maintaining Firewalls.

Limited travel required

Basic Qualifications:

Current Security + certification

Knowledge of networking concepts

Networking experience

Server administration experience

Desired Skills:

Juniper network equipment experience

Cisco network equipment experience

General Dynamic encryptor experience

General Dynamic GEM experience

CCNA

Cisco VoIP experience

Windows Server administration

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 Serve as a Classified Cybersecurity Manager / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Missiles and Fire Control's Advanced Programs / Special Programs line of business (LOB) in Orlando, FL and serve as the principal advisor on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of information systems under his/her purview. The candidate must have subject matter expert (SME) level knowledge of the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) directives. Responsibilities include: * Supervise daily activities and priorities for members of the Classified Cybersecurity team, including performance evaluation, staffing assignments, work schedules, etc. * Ensure Information System Security Officers (ISSO) acquire and maintain all necessary information security certifications (e.g. Security +, CISSP, etc) * Coordinate Classified Cybersecurity activities, as necessary, with Program Management and other departments. * Act as a liaison with government agencies, such as Defense Security Service (DSS) Information System Security Professionals (ISSP), Advanced / Special Program government Security Control Assessors (SCA), and other external / internal customers, including, but not limited to, counterintelligence and Information Technology (IT) professionals. * Provide oversight for the development, implementation, and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies and required bodies of evidence, as necessary, to ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines. * Ensure the development and implementation of an effective information system security education, training, and awareness program. * Oversee the compliance with technical security settings for all operating systems, to include Windows, Unix/Linux, etc. on classified computer systems under his/her purview. * Oversee the scheduling, installation, implementation and maintenance of security software integration on all information systems under his / her purview. * Ensure proper measures are taken when an information system incident or vulnerability is discovered. * Manage, maintain, and execute the information security continuous monitoring (ConMon) plan. * Ensure configuration management (CM) policies and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware/software on an information system are followed and assess changes to the system, its environment, and operational needs that could affect the security authorization. * Serve as a voting member of the Configuration Control Board (CCB). The ISSM may elect to delegate this responsibility to the ISSO. * Assume ISSO responsibilities in the absence of the ISSO. * Support Lockheed Martin Corporate Security initiatives by providing input and recommendations to the Government Compliance Steering Council (GCSC) through the MFC representative, as needed. Basic Qualifications: * Demonstrated Full-Spectrum Leadership skills necessary for leading cybersecurity personnel. * Experience working with classified information systems. * Ability to author system security plans and maintain authorizations to operate (ATO). * Ability to perform technical certifications for systems being presented to the government for authorization, to include type accreditation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment. * Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security. * Previous experience working in an SAP / SCI environment. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance. * CISSP or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level III certification or ability to attain within six months of hire date. Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment.
