Provides the overall strategic direction for Environmental Services, Food and Clinical Nutrition services throughout the Baptist Health system to ensure programs provide quality nutrition, compliance, standardized practices, and customer/patient satisfaction. Oversees and ensures operations are cost effective, drives optimal performance and supports the achievement of the systems objectives and mission.
Develops business plans to strategically position Food and EVS for future growth and recommends to Executive leadership. This position will oversee a $63 million budget and provide oversight for 1,172 FTEs for the Baptist Health system.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Ten years' experience in leadership level position required. Ten years' management experience in Food Service Management required.
