A growing manufacturing company in the Philadelphia suburbs is looking to hire a Team Lead with strong System Engineering background. They are looking for someone who has an in-depth core Windows & Microsoft background and has worked extensively with data center technologies. This person should have experience working in a hyper-converged environment and has strong hands on engineering experience. This is an enterprise environment with over 1,000 virtual servers and 5,000 users. You will be responsible for multiple projects including data center migrations, infrastructure refreshes, and planning cloud migrations. Having AWS or Azure experience is highly preferred.

This is a heavily technical role, but you will also have 3 direct reports you will be managing daily. They are looking for someone who has the in-depth data center technology background but is ready to move into a leadership role. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ Years in a Windows Engineering Position

  • In-Depth Knowledge of Data Center Technologies

  • Experience working in a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure

  • Extensive VMware Experience

  • VDI Expertise

  • Strong Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Experience

  • Microsoft Security Experience

  • Mentorship or Training Experience

  • Strong Hands on Project Based Experience, Migrations, Upgrades

  • Cloud Exposure, AWS, Azure

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an Enterprise Environment

  • Citrix Experience

  • Management Experience

  • O365 Knowledge

Our team is looking for an experienced Wireless Communications Engineer to drive design specification, or development for a new state of the art mobile SATCOM communications system. In this role you will be responsible for design, specification or development for a SATCOM communications system including end to end 4G / 5G communications layer 1/2/3 system design . This position requires strong problem solving skills focused on Wireless Communications Engineering. In this dynamic role you will have the opportunity to: Lead a team of 10+ systems towards the requirements capture, CONOPS definition, high level design and interface definition of a 4G based eNodeB, corresponding user terminal and associated management system. This involves technical leadership and direction to the project teams including vendors/subcontractors as well as interfacing with the customer and subcontractors on requirements, design reviews, Q&A and systems engineering status on all aspects of the eNodeB development. Candidate will support the Program Manager and Chief Engineer on all system engineering activities including the change request process. This position requires a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Not needed prior to starting. This position is contingent upon program award expected in March 2021. Basic Qualifications 1) Subject matter expert in 4G/5G Layer 1, 2 and 3 protocol stacks as well as higher application layers 2) Working knowledge of wireless communications and RF aspects such as link budgets 2) Strong Oral and Written communication skills. 3) Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships. 4) Experience providing technical leadership to systems engineering teams 5) Requirements capture and compliance negotiation expertise 5) Experience interacting with customer and vendors and leading requirements and design reviews.
