System Engineering Position

Job Description Job Description Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to add a dynamic Systems engineering resource to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dox’s client base, performing systems maintenance and support, resolving technical problems in client environments as well as delivering managed security services.

This position requires excellent listening skills to understand issues and take corrective actions in addition to the ability to focus on managed service deliverables. Candidates will work with a multitude of clients in all different industries. Position Responsibilities include: Monitor an evolving panel of Managed Security Services offerings that include Zero Trust, SIEM SOC, Active Directory auditing, and Data Classification tool sets. Active participation in evaluating and launching new Managed Security offerings.

Provides server, storage, and network technical support. Assist with the installation and upgrade of server hardware, software, storage, and networking products. Resolve technical problems on new and existing systems, including server hardware, software, storage, and networking products Ensure compliance with company technical and quality standards and procedures Deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction Escalate problems within parameters Develop and maintaining client relationships Identify opportunities to expand or extend existing services Communicate effectively with customers and Dox employees Complete required documentation Skills and Experience:

Network and or A Certifications Manufacture certifications a plus Working Knowledge of: Active Directory Virtual Environments – VMware, Hyper-V & Citrix Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Microsoft Exchange HP, Dell, and IBM Server hardware Server utilities used to configure, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot hardware Various backup solutions, i.e. Veeam.
