A growing manufacturing company in Chester County recently got acquired and is looking for a System Administrator to assist in a 6-month project. You will be working directly under the Senior Engineer and assist in multiple migration and upgrade projects. They need someone who can hit the ground running and be able to take on the tasks assigned to them. You will be assisting in O365 migrations, VMware upgrades, and SAN upgrades. Due to the acquisition they have multiple projects in the pipeline and need someone who can articulate tasks and help the projects run smoothly.

You will responsible for over 600 servers, 70 sites, and a part of a 10-person global team. The project is slotted for 6 months but may be extended or turned into a full-time role. If you have strong skills working independently on projects, this is a great next projects for you.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive Windows Server Experience 2012, 2016, 2019

  • Experience Managing & Maintaining VMware

  • Strong Exchange and Office 365 Experience

  • Active Directory & Group Policy Experience

  • Storage Experience, EMC, Nimble

  • Extensive Project Based Work

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Citrix Experience

  • Networking Exposure

  • Linux Server Experience

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 50% Windows & Virtualization
  • 40% Virtualization
  • 10% Networking

Daily Responsibilities

  • 60% Project (Upgrades, Migrations, Implementation, Deployment)
  • 40% Administration
