System Engineer

TS/SCI RequiredAll candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position.Job Description:We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Systems Integration Engineer to provide technical support forthe integration of various sub-systems as part of the DISA Defense Red Switch Network in supportof an enterprise VoIP management system. As a Systems Integration Engineer on this program,you will be a member of a team that interacts with technical and non-technical teammates includingcustomers and vendors, but primarily with subject matter expert teammates. In this role, you willprovide technical assistance, administer configurations, support testing, recommend enhancements,and troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with the various sub-systems.Responsibilities:
 Leverage your technical background to understand a customer’s goals and identify the bestintegration solution for their needs
 Perform customer (end user / end user system) Integration by following instructions andexecuting a process
 Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration
 Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding toemails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems
 Author/update documentation
 Identify configuration errors and check appropriate log files to debug issues.Core Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree and 8 years of overall related experience
 Broad range of skills and experience across several COTS technologies- Windows, Linux,VMware, and networking.
 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
 Detail-oriented
 Experience or demonstrated familiarity in multiple of the following technologies, and a desire tolearn the others:o MS Windows (AD, GPO, Server 2016, Win10, WSUS)o RedHat Linux OS administrationo VMware ESXi and vCentero Management of Juniper routers, firewalls, and switches using Spaceo Cisco ISE, RadiantOne, RSA SecurIDo Solarwinds NPMo Splunk Enterprise Searcho Tenable vulnerability/compliance scanning toolso HAIPE management using GEM Oneo Session Border Controllers (Ribbon)
 Security+ is REQUIREDPreferred Qualifications:
 Previous experience in providing similar integration support for onboarding external informationsystems
 Experience or demonstrated familiarity with multiple of the following identity, credential, andaccess management (ICAM) concepts/standards:
 LDAP or MS Active Directory
 PKI and TLS/SSL
 RADIUS, SNMP, and NTP protocols
 Multi-factor Authentication (RSA)
 Experience or demonstrated familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure concepts and usage,including certificates, browser security configurations, and tokens
 Experience in identity management and governance, to include single sign-on, identityfederation, or enterprise directory architecture and design
