company that provides high-end network and security consulting to Department of Defense andIntelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate Level 5 System Engineer who would support one of our clients located in the AnnapolisJunction, MD area.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TOBE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Job Description:

Blue Halo is seeking a System Engineer 6 for our PRIME COUNTERPUNCH contract. You will be part of a talented team focused on developing solutions to innovate mission-critical systems and applications. Those interested in this position should be comfortable with change and learning new technologies, as this opportunity is focused on finding innovative solutions to our customer’s toughest challenges.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Providing technical oversight
Overall design and integration
Working with the program team to build business processes
Assessing hardware/software selections
Validating compliance and cross-organization integration
Evaluating technical feasibility of solutions derived from customer requirements
Identifying environmental, technical, and policy constraints
Validating adherence in product deliverables
Additional Information:

Work performed in a contractor facility.
Both low and high side access.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience

ORA High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area).

A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience

ORA PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university

plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.

*Note 1 – Examples of Qualified engineering fields include: Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
*Note 2 - Examples of related disciplines include: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics
