System Engineer - Level 3 (Cit)

Required Skills:TKO is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide UX usability engineering, testing and training support for the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) TTO. This TTO is a portfolio of cyber security projects supporting the cyber security organization. The candidate will interface directly with the customer, development teams and leadership to support the modernization of the projects within this portfolio. The candidate will provide support in re-designing existing UX platforms and as new products are developed, the candidate will support the design of new GUI interfaces. Additionally, the candidate will lead usability studies to better understand the user workflow and recommend changes based upon study findings. Furthermore, the UX engineer will support the creation of training modules to further engage users in leveraging the functionality across the GUIs for each project.Required Skills:

Experience creating wireframes

Understand and design color palettes

Knowledge of 508 ComplianceQualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experienceORA High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area).ORA Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experienceOR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.*Note 1 – Examples of Qualified engineering fields include: Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
