As a successful System Design Specialist, you are an active listener and effective communicator. You understand the financial and emotional value attached to a home and have a sales approach that is as compassionate as it is effective. You have the ability to spot immediate and potential risk and a desire to find a solution for the issue.
In this position you will:
Meet with homeowners regarding their concerns.
Conduct inspections of foundations, crawlspaces, basements, and concrete slabs.
Bid repairs and close sales.
Run scheduled appointments Monday-Friday, 8 leads per week, we provide the leads.
Autonomous & flexible work schedule, required office meeting only once per week.
