As a successful System Design Specialist, you are an active listener and effective communicator. In this position you will:

  • Meet with homeowners regarding their concerns.

  • Conduct inspections of foundations, crawlspaces, basements, and concrete slabs.

  • Bid repairs and close sales.

  • Run scheduled appointments Monday-Friday, 8 leads per week, we provide the leads.

  • Autonomous & flexible work schedule, required office meeting only once per week.

VIEW JOBS 3/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-19T00:00 Description Institution Counselor 3 - Emergency Response Specialist (ERS) Are you passionate about working with mental health and psychiatric patients to improve their lives? We need your experience in trauma informed care to develop and implement active treatment strategies and interventions at the Psychiatric Treatment and Recovery Center at Western State Hospital (WSH). As a member of Civil Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT) at WSH, you will provide specialized and intensive emergency response mental health treatment at Western State Hospital as an Emergency Response Specialist (ERS); this includes work in several different buildings to serve patients. As an ERS, you will provide data collection and communication to treatment teams regarding inpatient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, deliver care within the framework of the Recovery Model. You will report to the Therapy Supervisor. The work hours are Sunday through Thursday 10am - 6:30pm with Friday and Saturday as regular days off. Some of what you'll do: * Respond to emergent inpatient psychiatric situations using evidence based therapeutic intervention techniques as part of the Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT) * Position, transfer and contain potentially assaultive or self-harming patients * As assigned, make rounds on patient care areas * Provide client safety and comfort through attention to general health * Assist clients in accomplishing daily rounds on patient care areas * Provide client's safety and comfort through attention to general health * Assist clients in accomplishing daily hygiene issues * Provide individual client directions * Provide follow up data collection for all emergency responses * Respond to all Code Gray incidents throughout the campus What we're looking for: * Working knowledge and skills surrounding therapeutic communication, de-escalation, incident command, seclusion/restraint principles and debriefing * Working knowledge and application of personal conflict resolution * Ability to meet the training and competency requirements of the PERT Program * Agency Affiliated Counselor or higher counseling-related credential from the Washington State Department of Health - which can be obtained 60 days after hire Who should apply?
