We are looking for system application engineer(s) to work with our experienced design and system teams to implement state of the Smart AFE and Interface IC products.

Job Qualifications:
BS or MS with 2 years or less of experience as system and application engineer
Good understanding of mobile and embedded system designs
Prior experience of working in one or more interface (e.g. USB-C, USB Power Delivery eUSB2, USB2, etc.) and/ or Smart AFE (data converters, precision amplifiers, drivers, LDOs, buck and boost converters, etc.) technologies
Hands-on experience with lab equipment such oscilloscopes, Saleae analyzers, etc.
Prior knowledge of PCB design and simulation techniques
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and simulation software such as MATLAB, ADS
Good problem-solving skills to resolve silicon and system application issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can-do attitude
Key responsibilities:
Perform system and application validation of Smart AFE and Interface IC products to guarantee performance to datasheet parameters
Prepare system and application test plans
Design PCB schematics using Allegro/OrCAD, oversees board layout using Allegro PCB
Develop (Python) scripts or GUI (C/C++) for IC validation and test automation
Debug silicon issues and test setup related issues
Perform data analysis and generate reports to summarize test results
Help customers with hardware design questions and or software/firmware issues
Actively engage and drive (written and oral) communication with partners and customers
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:
$82,900 to $114,000 annually
