Position Purpose:

Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, supporting and testing deposit and lending systems including the bank platform.

Essential Functions:

  • Balance ATM, ITM, ACH and Debit card transactions.

  • Reconcile multiple General Ledger accounts on an ongoing, daily basis.

  • Process Electronic Funds Transfers error resolutions, adhering to applicable guidelines and regulations.

  • Manage fraud prevention applications and adjust exception rules as needed.

  • Administer all lines of loan origination systems, including interfaces and integrations to core platform.

  • Establish relationship as point of contact with Vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, maintenance, configurations and installations of new and existing solutions.

  • Responsible for data integrity and user access reviews, including reporting and internal/external audits.

  • Maintain ACH transaction records and process claims timely and accurately.

  • Manage opening/changing/closing Transfer Management accounts on the bank platform.

  • Maintain Business Online Banking customer account records.

  • Adhere to Escheatment Process and state guidelines while coordinating efforts with branch staff.

  • Maintain various systems, applications and core platforms according to First Federal processes, product offerings and regulations.

  • Coordinate timely installations, releases, configurations and testing with other departments.

  • Act as primary contact for all applicable systems, user support and system reporting features.

  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.


  • System Application Administrator I Qualifications/

  • High school diploma or certified equivalency. AA, desired.

  • Typically requires 1 years' work experience of Banking Operations experience.

  • System Application Administrator II Qualifications/

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the job responsibilities for Application Administrator I.

  • Typically requires at least one (1) or more years of Banking Operations experience.

  • Working knowledge of Lending, TRID, TILA, HMDA, EFT, and ACH rules and regulations.

  • System Application Administrator III Qualifications/

  • Act as a resource to Application Administrator I and II. Serve as back-up supervisor as needed.

  • Typically requires at least two (2) or more years of Banking Operations experience.

  • AAP Certification.

  • Proficient analytical skills needed for troubleshooting, auditing, reporting and accurate configurations.

  • Ability to work successfully with varying personalities, departments and vendors.

  • Strong customer service and demonstrated critical thinking with ability to prioritize while multi-tasking.

  • Possess strong organization skills with ability to work independently and/or with a team in a fast paced/high volume environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, basic accounting and math skills required.

  • Familiarity with SQL, C+, VB, API, and similar technologies preferred

Physical Requirements:

The work requires the ability to operate office machines and equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines and telephones. The work requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on telephones. Work activities involve combinations of sitting/standing for extended periods.

Position Summary Maintains clinical equipment through the effective use of the Medical Equipment Management Program and HCT business standards. Performs a variety of routine tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of biomedical equipment with minimal supervision. Adheres to instructions and corporate policies, and demonstrates professionalism with integrity in all interactions with customers and staff. Essential Functions Leadership * Exercises sound judgment, and seeks assistance when appropriate. * Conducts departmental rounds with customers to promote communication and learn operations. * Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, residents, visitors, staff and the broader health care community. * Conducts cross-training in the techniques of testing, calibrating, operating and troubleshooting biomedical systems for less experienced BMETs. * Communicates routinely with supervisory personnel on the status of equipment repair and maintenance activities along with immediately reporting all patient/equipment operator safety issues. * Works with sales and service representatives of biomedical equipment. Service * Performs assigned duties in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and other established policies and procedures, including scheduled maintenance, equipment inspection, repairs, adjustments, calibrations and safety testing of most classes of biomedical equipment, such as defibrillators and EKGs. * Assists with the administrative responsibilities of the department, including work order control, maintenance history records, SM and safety inspection requests and repair parts inventory records. * Possesses knowledge of electrical safety theory, and performs repairs and electrical safety testing on biomedical instrumentation. * Provides strong verbal/written communications consistent with assigned tasks. * Establishes and maintains supporting technical literature. * Assists in the evaluation of new equipment, accessories and supplies, and orders parts and supplies necessary for the servicing of laboratory equipment. * Uses office automation hardware, software and diagnostic service software appropriate to the equipment being serviced.
