The System and Training Specialist will drive adoption across all front-end facing systems and processes by providing best in class training and support to all users. This person will be an advocate for process improvements, system enhancements, and driving consistency by owning all training mediums across our applications. The position is responsible for data compliance and accuracy as well as ensuring sales and channel alignment in our CRM application, Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitator of training for all system users. Conduct training sessions for existing users, internal and external, on and off-site. Ensure users have the tools necessary to use the system effectively and efficiently. Ensure all training materials, manuals, videos and literature are accurate and up to date with process and system changes.

  • Manages internal users in Salesforce.com to include setup, terminations, and territory alignments and as well as all areas of data for compliance.

  • Perform administrative tasks including managing list of values, data loading and updating large amounts of data, reporting, merging, visibility, realigning territories/account teams, validating accounts, monitoring system compliance, and other application configuration tasks.

  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all business processes is required to assist and train users.

  • Responsible for system and regression testing for front-end applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of experience in a customer facing position.

Advanced Excel Skills required

Problem solving, trouble shooting and analytical skills required

Strong attention to detail with follow-through

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Strong computer literacy

Preferred but not required:

Salesforce.com or CRM experience

Training background

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
