Previous HIM/Epic experience preferred JOB SUMMARY: The System Analyst 1, Revenue Cycle position supports and maintains software applications that impact Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance and other Business related areas.# This role provides analytical and application support in the areas of planning, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of business operations.# # ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES # Performs application table maintenance as needed in support of requested changes.# Updates and maintains required documentation and issues lists.

Participates in various operational meetings to analyze current procedures and workflows, identify problems, makes recommendations and determinations on which software functions and workflows to implement.# Makes suggestions and system configurations to more effectively utilize the software applications to improve production or workflow.# Ability to understand and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to supported Software applications. Assist in implementing upgrades, including testing of software applications. Support includes Phone support and routine business unit visits to discuss pending issues.
Understands computer system functionality, limitations and architecture of supported applications.
Participates in various operational meetings to analyze current procedures and workflows, identify problems, makes recommendations and determinations on which software functions and workflows to implement. Makes suggestions and system configurations to more effectively utilize the software applications to improve production or workflow.
Ability to understand and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to supported Software applications.
Assist in implementing upgrades, including testing of software applications.
Assist Educators in the development and delivery of training and documentation for new software releases.
