Interviewing NOW for System Administrators on the Remote Operations on the Accounts Team1
TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance necessary!Tuesday - Saturday:  1400-2200 OR 1500-2300/OR 600-0000!Sunday – Thursday:   2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm!● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
● Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
● Looking for a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.Required Skills:Customer Service ,Data Entry, MS Office, Windows
Desired Skills:    Active Directory, ServiceNow Ticketing System     BS and  10 years of experience required.
