System Administrator Telecom

Position: System Administrator - Telecom

Monogram Health is seeking an experienced telecommunications system administrator that will provide oversight and support of our VoIP phone system which includes approximately 1000 users, 2 office locations, a 300 seat geo-dispersed contact center, and a large population of remote users.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related tech school program preferred.

• Thorough understanding of telecommunications services, systems, and networks.

• Extensive experience in RingCentral office as well as InContact/CXone contact center.

• Strong experience utilizing CXone Studio for call flow design.

• Experience implementing/supporting omni-channel contact center solutions.

• 3-5 years of demonstrable enterprise level IT delivery experience.

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure systems including identity and access management products as well as InTune mobile device management.

• Knowledge of network protocols such as: DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP

• Knowledge of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting.

• Experience with Azure AD and Single Sign On

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for contact center telecommunication needs including trouble resolution as well as designing/refining skills-based call routing flows.

• Implement and maintain mobile device management solutions, assist with device registration, and advise on enterprise mobile device policies.

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to assess current and future telecommunication system needs.

• Provide and/or coordinate technical assistance, maintenance, and repairs; resolve operational problems while minimizing system downtime and service interruption.

• Identify and implement or recommend improvements and enhancements to hardware, software, and service packages.

• Identify telecommunications cost-control measures and network improvements; implement changes and/or make recommendations to management.

• Provide escalated support to end users and service desk technicians.

• Experience with contact center campaign management.

• Engage in PC dialer implementations and setting parameters for OB skills based on dispositions.
