Role: Sr. Production Support Analyst

Research and identify solutions to software issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

Track issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA.

Properly escalate unresolved issues to level 2/3 Engineers or Engineering teams.

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to domain owners/customer.

Refer to internal resources/documents to provide solutions.

Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Create, maintain documentation like standard operating procedures (SOP).

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. Knowledge on Java/J2EE & ReactJS.

Experience in Jenkins, Github, JIRA, NodeJS, Postman, Kafka

Scripting and Database knowledge.

Basics of Cloud and container Technology.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic application issues.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
