MBL Technologies is hiring for a System Administrator & Support Engineer to support our client. The individual will be responsible for administering and supporting existing customer facing solutions as well as contribute to the Front End development.

  • This role is onsite in the DC Metro area five days a week. This role is contingent upon award of contract.*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-end and database administration of information technology tools (RSA Archer, SharePoint, WebEOC, and ArcGIS)

  • Create and update relevant lists and data using system interfaces

  • Troubleshoot and implement front-end coding fixes to custom web interfaces

  • Follow established project management plans for system updates

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation

  • Identify and resolve operational risks to systems used

  • Perform other official job duties as assigned in support of the Federal agency

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience working with, evaluating, and as needed, recommending operational support technologies to improve processes

  • Proficiency in WebEOC administrative interface

  • SharePoint (or similar product) user experience/user interface (UX/UI) development and implementation

  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

  • Possesses a valid driver's license to operate government vehicles

  • Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)

  • Possess excellent customer service and written and verbal communications skills

Desired Competencies:

  • Certification in user experience/user interface (UX/UI)

  • Experience with RSA Archer and BMC Remedy

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, Python, HTML5, CSS, and/or CSS3

  • Possess or be capable of obtaining a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement.

  • Experience in warehousing environments, including equipment loading with pallet jacks and/or forklifts
