Systems Administrator- Full-time

In this role you will be part of a team monitoring critical business systems, responding and resolving help desk requests and providing technical support for hardware and software issues. You will also have the opportunity to investigate new technology applications in the manufacturing environment that will enhance the current infrastructure. You will be part of a rotating support schedule that does include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting IT environments at a midsized companies ( 300 users) with multiple remote locations.
Additional responsibilities

Develop, modify and support reports written in both Crystal Reports and Synergy SmartViews
Install and test computer-related equipment including networking, cabling, servers, desktops, laptops, mobile phones
Upgrade systems, applications, and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Manage VMware environment including installation and maintenance of Virtual Machines
Windows Server deployment, configuration, updates
SQL Server Administration, performance monitoring, backups, maintenance
Create and verify backups of data

Required Skills/Experience

Jack of all trades in IT: Server management, Desktop management, Network planning, and user support
Associate or Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience
Strong Troubleshooting / Help Desk Experience
Windows domain administration experience
Network administration experience, both wired and wireless, Cisco preferred.
Reporting Development and Support (Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services)
Extensive experience with VMware, Windows Server, SQL Server, Help Desk, Backups, Networking
Citrix XenApp, Microsoft RemoteApp (RDS/RDWEB)
SharePoint knowledge a plus
Independent problem-solving skills, and an ongoing attitude of continuous improvement towards IT processes. Must be able to prioritize work based on company needs.
Experience in a manufacturing setting and strong understanding of ERP systems preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to help desk requests after hours
Off-hours and weekend helpdesk coverage is required on a rotating schedule with others in the IT Department
Relevant certifications a plus

We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care. Overview The Social Worker supports the business development activities of the organization. As a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, provide social service counseling and guidance to facilitate the maximum function and coping capacity of each patient and family member while following all hospice policies and procedures, in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. Support the Provider Relations activities of the organization. Provide bereavement counseling to family members as identified. Qualifications Must have a minimum of a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Qualifications for state-specific requirements above Seasons minimum education standards are as follows: o AZ: Must be licensed by the state at a minimum of LMSW.o CT: Must have a minimum of a Master of Social Work (MSW) and be licensed as an LCSW in the State of Connecticut; or have an MSW and be directly supervised by an LCSW on staff.o Minimum of three years' experience in a health care setting.o IL: Must be licensed in the state as an LSW or LCSW.o MA: Must be licensed to practice social work in the state as a Licensed Independent Practitioner of Clinical Social Work, or be a Licensed Certified Social Worker.o MI: Must be licensed in the state as an LSW, LMSW, or LCSW.o MD: Must have clinical experience in counseling and casework and be licensed by the state as an LGSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C.o NJ: Must have an approved license by the NJ Board of Social Work Examiners.o OR: Must have CSWA.o TX: Must be be licensed to practice social work in the state.o WI: Must be certified/licensed in the state Minimum one year of social work experience in a healthcare delivery system is required; two years' experience is preferred.
